The objective of ELECT A NEW CONGRESS, and its website are to provide all 162,000,000 registered American voters the means to elect a new congress dedicated to restoring liberty.
Winning: The Peaceable Option to Violent Revolution
Factions (political party’s)… “are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.” – President George Washington, Farewell Address, September 17, 1796.
History defines Revolution as a government bankruptcy of the people. It is the direct result of the over-centralization of both money and power into the hands of cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men women, which over time, through greed and corruption that attracts the wrong kind of people to these powers of government, are used against the interests of the people the government was formed to serve.
What Washington warns us of is the love of both privilege and money through fidelity to party line instead of the People and our Constitution is what destroys any Free Government, because it drives the centralization of power by usurping the powers of the People’s Congress into Agencies the manipulators of politicians can more easily control the Agency created Administrative Law.
I say the People’s Congress because in the Separation of Powers endemic to our democratic republic, the Congress and its powers belong to the People. It is our place of power in our government. It is how we are represented and constitutes the very means by which any government acts under the Consent of the Governed. But if that Congress has no powers neither do the People, converting the Congress into an exclusive club of grocery clerks beholding to their party ruled by pimps.
Imagine a coin with two heads. They may appear to be separate entities, yet they continue to support the same failed system whose only answer is to make it bigger, stronger and more destructive
It is this Faction of Party that has stripped away the constitutional duties of Congress delineated in Article I of our Constitution to be usurped into the hands of a faceless bureaucracy paid by private monied interests who seek to wield the power of the People, over the People.
This is the new regressive socialist-Marxist left proposes to do in order to right the wrongs of the very same system of Agency and Administrative Law they profess to abhor, while the right embraces the old less intrusive systemic failure of Agency and Administrative Law.
They are both the two sides of a two-faced coin, yet again it remains not only the same coin and the same systemic failure continues with no resolution.
What Has Gone Wrong
“If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.” – President George Washington, Farewell Address, September 17, 1796.
Today the powers of our Congress, the People’s place in our government, have been reassigned, usurped to any number of federal and state agencies and at the mercy of their administrative laws conceived behind closed doors.
Together they comprise the new royal court of politicians and bureaucrats, where billionaires hire lobbyists to write the best laws money can buy passing 90% of all the laws created in America today, completely outside and most often against the best interests of the People and the Nation. The result is called Agency and/or Administrative Law (Powers), untouched by the wholesome introduction, debate, compromise and vote within the Public Forum of the People’s Congress.
The result is bankruptcy where growing national debt begins to outpace GDP driven by the influence of elites to maintain their wealth at the expense of the People by corrupt Agency Law, which ensure that while profits are privatized, the burden of losses are placed upon the People.
In bankruptcy as in Revolution there are only two choices. One must either reorganize (Peace), or having failed in this duty, to liquidate (violence), which happens twice; at first long and drawn out, then again, rapidly into the abyss of internecine warfare.
We are not concerned with liquidation as it is already on its course. Our concern is with the peaceful reorganization of our government so we may successfully navigate the canyons and abyss of our Revolution.
Breaking the Cycle: Ending Administrative Law
You can’t just end government. Well, you can, but this requires the violence of liquidation while our aim is the peaceful reorganization of government that restores the powers of the People to where it belongs: To their Legislatures (Congress).
Congress can do pretty much anything it can agree upon in our Constitution if it is national in scope and within the boundaries and limits of our Bill of Rights. Once outside the national scope, those duties and powers must revert closer to the People with the legislatures of the States, and where possible, further, to the counties, the townships, the cities, towns and villages closest to where the individual that makes up the People, reside.
The Executive represents the government and it can be well said the courts also represent the government; But it is through our Legislatures by which the People are given the power to rule ourselves. This can be done and it is not particularly difficult because given the proper opportunity, our Constitution is Liberty based, meaning it is designed to direct the power to make laws closer to the people so that we may decide.
This leads to the “Consent of the Governed” the cornerstone of a truly Free Society.
Herein are the only means by which any government can provide for the personal freedom of everyone on an equitable economic scale of not only Biblical Proportion, but of Universal Dimension.
The key is to stop the agencies from making laws and push both the law-making process and the agencies closer to either Congress or to each of the 50 sovereign states. Lobbyists can still lobby but it all has to happen in open meetings and introduced, debated, compromised and voted upon by an elected body of legislators (i.e. Congress/State Legislatures).
The challenge then becomes one of reorganization of; 1) Defeating the power of factions (Party) within our Legislatures, and 2), the reorganization of the unconstitutional phenomena of Agency and its Administrative Law.
Ending the Power of Party and Faction
Term Limits: They have been applied to the Executive Branch and now they must be applied to all of our Legislatures (Congress), else there will be no reform of Administrative Law.
American’s overwhelming support Term Limits. Why doesn’t it happen?
It is because it would destroy the destructive nature of Party and Faction. That is why many promise but all renege and so reveals the power of Party and Faction. Today in each election, less than 5% of all legislative seats are threatened by turnover and rout, allowing each Party of Faction the time to groom replacements and over awe the will of the People.
Under mandatory Term Limits of 10 years for representatives and 12 years for all senators, this number jumps to 20% for 2-year legislative seats, 11% for 4-year term senators, and 18% for United States Senators in every 2-year election cycle and opens up our process of elections to all the People. The benefits to the People then become two-fold.
First, politicians are transformed into public servants because the Party of Faction cannot groom sufficient conforming replacements within the accelerating demands of time to election inflicted Term Limits. Secondly, such a constitutional amendment not only frustrates the ability of monied interests to purchase and compromise the rising young sociopaths in a non-Term Limit legislature, which attracts insects like a sodium vapor light on a hot summer night, but dims the path to power that attracts cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men and women to the legislative chambers of America.
Elimination of Agencies, Administrative Law and Their Usurpation of Power
First, we must identify and understand the three (3) forms of Governmental Agency and Administrative Law, which are, to wit;
1) Private (Federal Reserve Bank: Central Bank)
2) Independent (i.e. SEC, FDA, CFTC, FCC et al)
3) Public (i.e. EPA, HHS, DoEducation et al)
Private Agency: There is no room in our Constitution for Independent Agencies upon either the federal or state level, particularly for a central bank of any consequence, worst still when it manipulates the arguably the greatest power of Congress which is to establish and regulate money and its foreign exchange (Article I, Sec. 8 Paragraph 5).
For Congress to plead it is unable to perform its constitutional duty to make most policy decisions (i.e. Administrative Law) is the plea of Party and Faction and once again points to the absolute necessity of Term Limits. Simply put, if the Duty of the People’s Congress is an impossible task, then it is time to change the monetary system that makes it impossible for the People’s Congress to perform its Duty.
Fortunately, history provides an alternative monetary system of not only stability and longevity, but provides a natural governing force where the decisions upon monetary policy and an equitable economy with opportunity for all is dictated by the quantitative action of all the people in all their daily economic decisions. America must embrace the barbaric monetary discipline of gold and a Gold Standard. Within a Gold Standard, billionaires become an impossibility because they are the product of the inequities of the fiat money inherent to the policies of private or independent central banks. Otherwise, for most American’s we will find it to be a virtual mirror to our current daily relationship with our money, only with greater prosperity for all and that is a beautiful thing
Having addressed historical gold standards in previous books, the critical point between a system of a private and independent central banks vs a gold standard is that while the duty of the former is to anticipate and manipulate monetary policy by artificial means lead by economists masquerading as omnipotent puppet masters; the latter of gold manages monetary policy through the quantitative action of the people with their money. And instead of manipulation by economists, they are replaced by accountants who provide reports for Congress and the People to review.
Overnight, the alchemy of economists is no longer valid, nor of use.
They are two entirely separate operating systems, the antithesis of one another. The former the basis of the systemic failure and bankruptcy of our current governing system.
The latter it’s only time proven solution.
The key point here is to acknowledge a proven way for our Constitution and the People’s Congress to allow all of us to make and control the policies that dictate our own money. It enforces equality, it is the end of billionaires because they cannot exist in the financial discipline of gold, nor can wanton government spending.
It is the only means to economic freedom, freedom from all inequity and inequality.
Economic freedom is freedom from slavery. Without it, we are all slaves.
Independent Agencies: Independent Agencies police national issues that are common to all states such as interstate commerce, stock markets, pharmaceutical regulation and the airwaves of television, radio, telephone, utilities and increasingly we are finding, Social Media Giants (SMG’s). Independent agency apart from the Congress are the conduit to corruption as laws and their enforcement are conducted behind closed doors with privileges sold to not just the highest bidder, but elite members of “The Big Club” in order to bid.
Sure, they report to Congress on occasion, particularly after the cow has left the barn. But it is the “Big Club” that George Carlin chimed, “and you’re not in it.” Here in the independent agencies are where real white-collar crime is practiced by the black hearts of sociopaths, those cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men (and women) attracted to such power.
JPMorgan just paid a $1 billion fine for manipulating the gold market but made billions more, a cost of doing business with the SEC. At the same time the FED keeps stuffing billions more into their knickers and their gold vaults are across the hall from each other,… 7 stories below Wall Street and CEO for life Jamie Dimon pockets another annual salary somewhere over the rainbow.
This describes the SEC (Security Exchange Commission), they even have their own Department of In-Justice.
This is the current model for Independent agencies, ultimately formed not to represent the People, but the corporations they are meant to regulate and often staffed by corporations in the revolving door of government we hear so often referred about.
There is no room in America for an Independent agency apart from the People’s Congress. Does America need an SEC, a CFTC, FDA, FCC et al? Yes, but if the SEC has a law the agency wants to pass, it must go through the entire lawmaking procedures ascribed in our Constitution conducted wholly within the confines of open meetings and the Public Porum of the assigned and appropriate People’s Congress/Legislature, and further, under a level of over-sight management of Congress.
Essentially, the Congress has the constitutional Duty to own and operate, on behalf of the People they were elected to represent, Independent agencies and render them inter-dependent agencies. Herein lies the manifestation and reorganization of an entirely new and opposite operating system to the corrupt system operating in America today.
Public Agencies: How will Congress meet this call to their sworn Constitutional Duty to govern more closely the now Independent Agencies if they have to deal with all the issues of the largest most expensive agencies in the Federal Government, the Public Agencies.
They don’t. They don’t beyond setting their objectives and allocating money to the respective states with a mission and parameters the People’s Congress enacts, and it is up to the states legislatures to decide how the mission of Congress is to be carried out if it falls outside the ability to Congress to govern in place of federal agencies.
Public federal agencies will rapidly shrink to 100 employees and simply serve as a liaison to Congress. Congress conducts many judicial hearings and can staff up or down. DC jobs will transfer to the States and along with it, a smaller Washington DC.
This pretty much defines Public Agency.
And if the state legislatures can’t or don’t have the time, one of the beautiful things about America is that in every single county in every single state, and often again in major cities and villages across America, the same mirror agency of every Public Federal Agency carrying out that particular Public Federal Administrative Law exists.
Do you see the problem?
Today power and money flows from the top down. Today, money Congress now gives to federal public agencies flows down with an objective. We simply reorganize it so while the money still comes from the top, the power will come from below. It’s not that radical as most of the money Congress sends to the states originated not only from the states, but are administered. It may seem chaotic but by pushing power and decisions effecting local affairs closer to the people, the people are forced to pay greater attention and make their decisions heard to their elected state, county, township and community legislatures, boards and councils, who must follow the same law-making constitutional procedures as any People’s Legislature.
Imagine an America where 50 states are working to make health care, housing, education and environment free from the top down dictates of singular federal public agencies where lobbyists can make a one stop shop. Image these same lobbyists having to make calls upon 50 states, and then maybe 50 more calls upon lesser county or municipal agencies.
First off, they can’t cover that much ground. The 2B2Fail banks proved that in the 1980s when they bribed Congress to consolidated the regulation bonds nationally and void out the blue-sky laws of 50 different states into something easier for the 2B2Fail banks to manage.
This lead directly to the Savings & Loan crisis of 1987 and it’s never stopped. Want to know why poverty exists in America? It’s because parasites are skimming the game.
The system isn’t broke. IT’S FIXED!
Secondly, 50 separate states trying to get a government program right are going to make progress. Inevitably, this will be shared amongst all the states driven by common sense and the virtue of citizens, who forced to educate themselves, begin to establish and enforce their “Consent of the Governed” critical to a freedom empowering system of government.
America must reorganize its government by moving power away from agencies to Congress to where it belongs, to the People, and when necessary on to the states legislatures, and then in turn on to the county and municipal level, which is not only natural and efficient, but is far more resistant to corruption, because power so dispersed carries greater risk and less reward to the wrong kind of people who are usually attracted to power in government.
Still, oversight is electrified by the attention of the people because they have been exposed to what the formerly took for granted or powerless to do anything about. Empower people with not just the responsibility for themselves, but their duty as free citizens in a free society in a free government.
The People will not disappoint.
In truth, the remedy in the reorganization of a governmental bankruptcy is as much about keeping the powers of government away from the wrong kind of people, as it is of placing the in the face of the People. It compels them to pay attention and vote their concerns and an uneducated voter/citizen is a menace to society.
Free the system and empower the individual creates the atmosphere one needs to flourish in a meaningful life. Adopting as socialists/Marxist advocate into more of the centralization and assignment of power that brought on the governmental bankruptcy and revolution in the first place will not work. This only results in the internecine violence of liquidation from which tyranny is born.
America’s only salvation is to embrace that which made America great in the first place. (i.e.) the systematic decentralization of power delineated in our United States Constitution, with the greatest power given and reserved to the People for whom it is meant to serve.
Our Constitution has not failed. America’s failure has been in voiding and avoiding its rules and assignment of constitutional duties. It is the template, the codex of reorganization to peace against the growing violence that now threatens to consume and destroy America.
It is America’s only Peaceful way out of the Revolution that consumes America today.
