ON REVOLUTION PART I

 ON REVOLUTION

As events give way to Revolution a historic review of Revolution is in order, if for no other reason but to help allay fear with knowledge predicated upon the admonition that while history may not repeat itself, it still rhymes.

The first axiom is:  History defines a Revolutions as a governmental bankruptcy of the people due to the insolvency and systemic failure of the presiding government.  Everyone is Invited and Attendance is Mandatory.

Revolutions occur is four basic stages, a legacy of Crane Brinton’s “On Revolution” 1936.  1) End of the Ancient Regime. 2) Moderating/Replacement Govt. 3) Violence/Civil War. 4) Thermidor, or Cooling Off.

Stage Two is the reign of this new administration/government, which always fails.  Its fatal mistake is to try to operate the failed system it inherited from the Ancient Regime, whose failure caused the new Moderating government to come to power, and so it suffers the same fate as the Ancient Regime.  Interestingly, it is always lead by someone from outside of government with little governing experience.  This new leader always makes the same mistake of blaming the failure of the “ancient regime” on the people running the government, asserting that they, the new leader, will make the same systemically failing system of government that brought them to power, to function properly by bringing the new best people to make the government run properly.  This never happens because you cannot put new wine into old wineskins, and consequently, the new Moderating government, like old stiff skins, blows out and invariably fails.

This failure is compounded by; 1) by replacing people who knew where the bodies are buried and could make systemic failure limp along, inevitably leaves the new faces lost in the ad hoc wake of systemic failure;  2) by internal sabotage by those remaining bureaucrats in government who oppose the Moderating replacement governments real or imagined temerity; and 3) by elements outside all pre-existing political power centers who see opportunity to replace the systemic failure of the Ancien ‘Regime with their own version of a political governing nirvana.

It is as this Moderating government fails that Stage Three begins the violent internecine warfare people most often associate with a revolution.  This can run out anywhere from 10 months to 5 years or more, after which, that competing power that has lost the least claims victory and establishes their power as the violence subsides, or cools in the Stage Four of the Thermidor, so named for renamed month of July coinciding with the end of the Reign of Terror in 1793.  The violence in France continued on for years, as did the English, American and Russian Revolutions, but they did so on their own timeline with the advantage going to those nations with geographic and isolated borders.

The biggest problem with Stage Three violence is the inevitable creation of a “Strongman/Dictator” made worse still by the greater centralization of power than the Ancien ‘Regime, and in effect, re-creating the fallabilities of the Ancien ‘Regime and its plague upon People.

There is only one man who ever turned his back upon this limitless power, George Washington.  First in War. First in Peace. First in the Hearts of His Countrymen,… and this is why.

Stage Four is characterized by a heightened sense of morality throughout the general population.

May/June 2015:  Our current Revolution in America began its First Stage in May/June of 2015 with the entry of both Bernie and Trump as candidates for President.  Bernie was deep sixed by the DNC leaving an open field for Donald J Trump to become the 45thPresident of the United States.   America in 2016 was not only fiscally bankrupt, but the moral turpitude of the people caused the Ancien ‘Regime to fail, and as all Ancien ‘Regimes, will move both Heaven and Earth to regain power.

The second stage began on January 20, 2017 with the Inauguration of Trump.   And as we have been witness since even before November of 2016, Trump was under attack from both without and from within our government, identified accurately as the “Swamp” or Deep State” angling to restore its power by hook or crook.  From Russiagate, to Muellergate, to Ukrainegate/Impeachment, to the Great Plandemic of 2020, the endless coup against a sitting President is without precedent unless viewed within the historic context of a Moderating government, which never survives.

If you can’t feel America sliding into the Third Stage you’ve been watching too closely, missing the forest for the trees  And as the violence grows and the political polarization of America become sharper, harder; both trends that will continue to grow, carried upon the wings of a biggest colosso-clusterfuck vote by mail scheme that will give life to a fraudulent election whose results may never be known.

Compounded by the growing Covid/Govt induced depression and the accelerating strain in the supply lines of basic needs particularly in the metro areas, virtually guarantee’s the requisite rise in violence always associated with the Third Stage of a Revolution, whether Trump and the Moderating government remains in office or not.  Obviously, conditions will be more stable if the Trump government survives because it fills what would otherwise be a political and power vaccum and that is a very dangerous condition.  And as repugnant to anti-Trumpers as it may seem, his re-election is in the best interests of all. Because once animal spirits escape, they are very hard to put back into the bottle.

Historically, we will see an exponentially accelerating scale of violence.  Consider the incomprehensible scale of the Plandemic on January 1, 2020.  Who could have know??? …other than a privileged bureaucrat, politician or billionaire with the proper connections to the systemic failure of the deposed Ancien ‘Regime.

Whatever our differences, we are all better served if these differences and all addressed by their introduction, discussion, compromise and vote within the public forum of our Legislatures, because this is the Peoples place of power in our government.  It is our roll and we must embrace it or else suffer the consequence.

It is very simple.  The people must rule through their legislatures, not their bureaucracies.  Bureaucracies are where billionaires go to purchase the best laws money can buy.  Not that legislators cannot be bought, they can, and this is why Term Limits is so important, because with Term Limits it is much harder to buy an elected official because they are all expendable.  Decentralize. Push power closer to the people.

One final historic absolute that understandably escaped Brinton’s brilliant analysis, is the heightened sexual and moral perversions of the ruling class leading into each Revolution.

In revolutionary France it was the Marquis de Sade (Sadist-Sadism), where the Marquis and his merry band of perverts raped, pillaged and sacrificed both innocents and immoral unfortunates in their above-the-law travails across Paris and parts unknown.  In the American Revolution, sexual immorality and satanism flourished under King George III and the Hell Fire Club, reminiscent of the “Spirit Cooking” events to which both political and Hollywood elite participate in today, touching upon the debauchery and pedophilia alleged by Q-Anon.

In 1917 Russia, it was the mad monk Rasputin, beaten, poisoned, stabbed and drown by leading elements in the Russian monarchy, princes and elites, who stood to be embarrassed by their involvement with the same carrying-on’s as the mad monk and Czarina.  And not to be left out, here in America we have our very own scandal, assassinated by the same elites that Jeffery Epstein’s existence came to threaten, proving that history not only rhymes, but sometimes really does repeat itself.

The time has come to hit the Big Red Reset Button.

Sign the Declaration of Liberty to Elect a New Congress.

All American Voters.: Sign the Declaration of Liberty

Demand candidates to Congress to reclaim all Powers (Art I-Sec 8-US Con)

Greetings,

I just signed the following Declaration of Liberty addressed to: All 162,000,000 registered American voters..

----------------
Demand candidates to Congress to reclaim all Powers (Art I-Sec 8-US Con)

DECLARATION of AMERICAN LIBERTY

WHEREAS LIBERTY is defined as that State where the people rule over the government: This Declaration is given to underlining those critical terms required to ensure that Liberty, which is the original intent of our United States Constitution, be restored to the daily governance and operation of our United States Government.

To that revered document and America’s Declaration of Independence, this Declaration of American Liberty is subservient.

We acknowledge that Liberty requires all powers of the Congress be removed from the access and control of individuals, groups, or agencies; for it is only by usurpation of these powers, that factions gain control over the laws of the land and the lives of her people. It is this criminal and treasonous usurpation of power, that “ is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”

Further, that these restored powers of Congress are to be executed under the authority of all the people, re-establishing not only the power of Congress, but also its fiduciary duty to the people. The incorporation of the procedures inherent to Liberty in our government is our touchstone and the very cornerstone by which we judge our Liberty.

THEREFORE, We hereby sign and resolve ourselves and our representatives to,

Demand:

I.
Complete restoration of all constitutional powers of Congress, back to Congress, as written in Article I, sec. 7, 8, & 9, of our United States Constitution, and so restore operational Liberty in the execution of the business of the nation, causing two things to occur.

a. A nations political model determines its economic model with Liberty supplanting our centrally planned tyrannical state, which “once taken root is a plant of rapid growth.”
b. By taking power away from public and private agencies, it is removed from the hands of “unprincipled men” attracted to these very powers, and ends their means to transfer wealth away from all Americans.
c. This is the problem and enemy. Political Liberty is the solution.

II.
Congress wholly conduct and execute all introduction, discussion, compromise, and vote on all Acts, exercising their powers exclusively within the public forum on the floor of Congress, only thus they ensure;

a. Maximum Transparency in the execution of its duty which provides for,
b. True Consent of the Governed as required by our Declaration of Independence.

III.
The Necessary and Proper Clause (Elastic Clause), requires that the word, Proper, means all legislative and policy laws or decrees must be subject to the same process as any Act of Congress, performed exclusively and wholly within its public forum.

IV.
By Congress reformation, to perform its constitutional powers/duties and its demands upon its time, Congress must restore to the states those powers not specifically assigned to the Congress.

V.
Prosecution of all criminal and treasonous financial crimes prior to, during, and after the financial upheavals of 2008, must be pursued thoroughly regardless of any high standing or collateral impact.

Be Resolved: We either live in Liberty, or tyranny. We either rule our government, or be rule. We either all enjoy the bounty of our nation, or we wait for scraps from the hierarchy which rules our money, our lives, and our freedom, for Liberty means nothing if tyranny has one hand in your pocket and the other round your throat.

Liberty and tyranny are in dialectic opposition. They define each other by which they are not. Everyone must make their choice, and no decision is a decision for the status quo of tyranny that afflicts and rules the nation today.

THEREFORE, We the undersigned cast our lot and lives for Liberty.

“” G. Washington Excerpts: Farewell Speech to the Nation, September 19th, 1796 (words/terms)

This Declaration of American Liberty supports and is subservient to America’s Declaration of Independence & our U.S. Constitution.
We the People, acknowledge that Liberty requires all powers of the Congress be removed from the access and control of individuals, groups, or agencies; for it is only by usurpation of these powers, that factions gain control over the laws of the land and the lives of her people. It is this criminal and treasonous usurpation of power, that “ is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”*
Further, that these restored powers of Congress are to be executed under the authority of all the people, re-establishing not only the power of Congress, but also its fiduciary duty to the people. The incorporation of these procedures inherent to Liberty into our government is a touchstone and the very cornerstone upon which we judge our Liberty.
THEREFORE, We the People, hereby sign and resolve ourselves bind our representatives to, Demand:

Article I.
Complete restoration of all constitutional powers of Congress, back to Congress, as written in our United States Constitution, Article I, Sec. 7, 8, & 9, and so restores operational Liberty in the execution of the business of the nation. This causes two things to occur.
a. Liberty replaces our tyrannical centrally planned state. As a nations political model determines its economic model, so will “Liberty, once taken root, is a plant of rapid growth.”**
b. Liberty, by taking power away from public and private agencies, it removes from power the hands of “unprincipled men”*, and ends their means to transfer wealth away from all Americans. This is America’s problem and enemy. Political Liberty is the only solution.

Article II.

a. Maximum Transparency in the execution of its duty which provides for,
b. True Consent of the Governed as required by our Declaration of Independence. This is the only means by which the people rule.

Article III.
The Necessary and Proper Clause (Sec 8), requires that the word “Proper” means all legislative and policy laws or decrees must be subject to the same process as any Act of Congress, performed exclusively and wholly within its public forum.

Article IV.
Congress must restore to the states those powers not specifically assigned to the Congress, as Congress, in order to perform its own powers/duties, will be pre-occupied in its reclaimed constitutional performance. This natural restriction of time inherent to these powers/duties will weigh in when there are questions.

Article V.
Prosecution of all criminal and treasonous financial crimes prior to, during, and after the financial upheavals of 2008, must be pursued thoroughly regardless of any high standing or collateral impact.
We the People either live in Liberty, or tyranny. We either rule our government, or be rule. We either all enjoy the bounty of our nation, or we wait for scraps from the hierarchy which rules our money, our lives, and our freedom.
