The Illusion and Lie of Personal Liberty

“People think and say what they see and hear, so turn off the TV and read a book.”

The fraud of Personal Liberty originated by the 1st Estates General in the early days of the French Revolution in the duplicite “Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen”, adopted August 26, 1789.   It was crafted over the summer by the three recognized Estates representing the privileged population of France after King Louis called for an Estates General, after nearly 200 years, in order to address the bankruptcy of France.

It’s result was to create the illusion of personal liberty, to sedate and entirely cut out the main body of the 3rd Estate, being the remaining citizens of France, as they would not participate in either negotiating, or enjoying in, the language and benefits of this typically French/European, Declaration of Conditional Rights, written and based upon preserving the privilege of the social and fiscal standing of Frances neuvo ruling elite.

In truth, the French Revolution against the Right of Kings was hijacked in a coup d’eta, driven by the bankers that had financed France into penury, protected by the lawyers they employed.  This was bulwarked with the supported of their merchant associates with whom they together manipulated the monopolies they had extracted from the King for their further co-operation as they’re wealth grew.

The French Revolution was Really a Coup de’ta.

This is the force that over threw Louis XVI.  They are the two officially privileged factions of the 1st and 2nd Estates, and the leaderless disenfranchised mass, un-wittingly  over thrown by the very bankers, lawyers, and merchants that had profited most during the years leading up to the demise of France.

Quickly, the 3rd Estate representing the main body of the people of France (comprising those who were paying most of the taxes), declared that they should have double the representatives of the 1st and 2nd Estates.  Once they got their way, they simply drafted a a new National Assembly and began to form a new government, in June of 1789.

THAT, is a coup de’ta.   It’s resulting cover lead to the deceptive and misleading “Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen”.   It’s crafting simply entailed the merger of these 3 Estates of power in France to officially re-establish and confirm each tri-member of their privileged status.

The First Estate comprised the Church, holding over 10% of the land and performing most of the clerical duties normally associate with a government, like recording marriages, births, death, and charity.  Members of the 1st Estate generally came from the 2nd or lesser borne of the nobles of the Second Estate.   We’re not talking about parish priests, but the bishops, archbishops, cardinals, and their derivatives, reaping the bounty of the state sanctioned Catholic religion.

The 2nd Estate in general comprised wealthy landowners whose families had attained nobility by giving good service in the many wars the Kings of France involved themselves in over the prior two centuries.  In addition to their wealth of land grants, they ruled over the courts.

Naturally protective of their particular privileges and property, the inter-relationships between the 1st Estates and 2nd Estates being established, was already familiar with the emerging “Bourgeoisie” growing wealth and influence.   Together, they were as connected as Siamese triplets.   Both the 1st and 2nd Estates paid little if any in taxes, owned the Manor borne, collected their rents and tithe, and meted out their personal version of justice as it best suited them.

The leadership of the 3rd Estate paid the same in taxes, but merely brokered the government between the others with the inclusion of foreign trade.

The Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen is in reality, a Declaration of Duplicity.

With the Third Estate comprised everyone else in France, this small but influential subgroup of the 3rd Estate had attained much of the same land assets of the 1st and 2nd Estates, and had much to protect.   As such, the new Estates General/National Assembly represented only those who had already managed to grab hold of a piece of the pie and were intent upon keeping it by any means.   Tragically, the French Declaration of the Rights of Man was drafted to cast lots for the robes of a prostrated France.  One need look no further for proof than the final Article of the Declaration, XVII, “Property being an inviolable and sacred right,…”, it is the only strongly worded Article in its entire farce and fraud.

Sowing the Wind: How the 1% Sought to Commandeer France.

Left outside looking in was the rest of the nation, comprised of peasants and laborers who suffered the greatest tax burden and were least able to pay.  Unless one either had land and could pay a poll tax, you had no rights and were entirely cut out of the  Declaration of the Rights of Men and Citizen, much less possess a voice in the new government.

Still, the people had to be included somehow in the Declaration, for these “masses”, had stormed the Bastille on July 14th, 1789 and ripped it apart stone by stone, and all by hand.   Since the French Revolution, the Paris Mob has been an especially potent force in the streets, and has since remained a force in the politics of France.

In its final analysis, the “Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen” is the most carefully crafted, double entre’ of duplicit, avaricious, no good, low down, devious, cheese dick, gravy sucking, triple-dealing, two-faced, behind the back-stabbing, whale shit document ever hoisted upon the back of mankind.  And it was all done under the auspices of a vaporous freedom, it was welcomed by mankind as a celebration of their delivery from evil.

France had certainly been delivered, but delivered up into the hands of hell.

This Declaration of the Rights of Man is the pinnacle of immoral and criminal rascality as has ever been laid down upon parchment for the fleecing of mankind.  It is probably its most clever also.   It’s purpose was to placate and manipulate the general French population (or any nation) at large, so as to preserve selected governmental powers and privilege firmly into the hands of “cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men”.

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.” -  JFK

The coup had only confirmed the unprincipled men responsible for the revolution into power, fulfilling the role as “the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed”.   And by making the peaceful revolution of France impossible, made violent revolution inevitable.

Liberte’ – Equalite’ – Fraternite’ can only translate as “All for one, and one for all.  It is  claptrap, and  ultimately requires that someone must make a decision for the good of all?  And in the case of France, it was to destroy the hope of any free government ruled by the people before it has been given the chance to establish itself.

And the Light of Liberty that had been shown bright in the 13 Colonies in the newly baptized United States of America, was extinquished in France before it ever had the chance to softly glow.  And the Declarations of the Rights of Man and Citizen, is a brazenly crafted lie.   But this was historically typical of the duplicity of Europe.

It resulted in the continuation of systemic failure of the French government, and in 1790, and antagonized the a Revolution by Terror.  It had changed nothing as far as the nations state of bankruptcy, but preserved it.

As Terror and the guillotine began to edge towards the bourgeoisie leading the 3rd Estate, they gave way to and raised up a dictatorship in Napoleon Bonaparte.  It was a last chance power drive to save themselves.   So the centralized ruling class of the 3rd Estate created a fascist state, defined then as now as the merging of large corporations and the government.

This is exactly what  our United States government has been reformulated as over the past 100 years.   This is what you can expect our ruling elite to attempt to establish as the systemic failure of our current worlds financial house of cards is blown away.

The Illusion & Lie of Personal Liberty.   Personal Liberty exists because the powers that be want you to think you actually live in Liberty and that you actually possess something called Liberty.

But you don’t, they do.  They run your financial freedom and your rights.  You think because you can drive across the state or to the grocery store you have Liberty when you can’t afford to drive across the state and go to the grocery store.   How many young people today are not getting married or having families because they can’t afford it?   How many Americans are unemployed because the nations finances are operated to enhance the illusion of wealth in the stock market, while Main Street deteriorates?

People want to believe in “Personal Liberty”, people want to believe in personal liberty, but it is akin to a child wanting to believe in Santa Claus.  There is no such thing as Santa Claus and the same holds true for “Personal Liberty”, as valid a concept as “Personal tyranny”.

Neither exists, because both Liberty or tyranny are the result of a political act that determines how the powers of government may be wielded.  The actual lie of “Personal Liberty”, is phrased as follows, Article IV, of the French Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen.   To wit:

“Liberty consists in the ability to do whatever does not harm another; hence the exercise of the natural rights of each man has no limits except those which assure to other members of society the enjoyment of the same rights.  These limits can only be determined by law.”

In France, Liberty was not even comprised of a bundle of rights, but had limits that could be determined by law.  And so the question becomes one of whose law and what Liberty?   For Liberty means nothing when one hand of tyranny is in your pockets, and the other round your throat.

There are three absolutes dividing those rights puts limits upon those acts a government can provide equally to all, established by John Locke, in his treatise, “On Liberty” and government in the Industrial Age.  Locke rightly observed that the only things government can provide equally to all citizens, is Life, Political Liberty, and Property Rights.

Academia has surrendered to the fact, but whereas the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen are clear on Life and Property Rights, Political Liberty is reduced to just liberty, and is undefined as “natural rights” whose “limits can only be determined by law”.   Rights to be determined by law can also be determine to not exist.

Liberty as a bundle of rights, is one of equal access to the procedure of government.

How are these limits determined but by the procedure of government?   Procedures are not limits to be determined by individuals, but by plural and composite actions of the electors of the people.

In order to ensure these plural actions do not set limits nor impinge upon one more than another, the entire process of government that comes together to pass the Acts that determine that law of impingement, must come together and proceed in the open and public forum found only in the process and model of “Political Liberty”.  For Political Liberty is the procedure by which the government makes decisions introduced, discussed, compromised, and voted upon wholly and exclusively within the Public Forum, before all the people to see.

Thus only is the Transparency in the action of our electors revealed to the citizen voter. And it is only by this Transparency that the people are able to render their true Consent of the Governed.   It is the Consent of the Governed that is the bedrock of both our United States Declaration of Independence and our Constitution.  Otherwise, we are left with a government that rules by factions that spring up to protect their preferred status; factions which engineered for themselves the special powers of the state for their personal aggrandizement.

The Estates General/National Assembly retained these powers unto themselves, no different than the usurpation of the powers of our Congress today, exercised and manipulated behind closed doors of agencies and private corporations.  As President Washington in his Farewell Address to the Nation warned, these powers of government will always gravitate into the hands of “cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men.”

So it was in revolutionary France, so it was a threat in Washington’s administration, so it has become the threat in America today.

Asserting  a concept of personal liberty is contingent upon the quantitative political process available to the entire nation.  It’s nature, by being plural, negates any natural existence of personal liberty, because it is contingent access by the whole.  Yes, there is personal freedom, and even more so when the question becomes one of personal slavery.

But personal liberty is a feel good lie created to foster the illusion that the rights of one do not impinge upon the other.  It is a narcotic designed to keep the people from recognizing where their true fountain of Liberty resides, in their exclusive control over the powers of their state.

Personal Liberty may exist, but if it does, it is only by virtue of the installation of Political Liberty.  And if it really requires Political Liberty, it is not personal liberty at all, but a misnomer of Political Liberty.  Ergo, personal liberty is an illusion, a lie to keep citizens from contemplating their true Political Liberty.

Reaping The Whirlwind

Today in America, it is that same illusion of personal liberty that performs the same service for our ruling elite.  They have sown the wind, as“Liberty (that) consists in the ability to do whatever does not harm another;” (Art. IV), is strictly bullshit, and we now risk the whirlwind.

This mislabeled tyranny disguised as Liberty creates the ever widening gap that comes with the  rule of factions over powers of the state.  It is the anti-thesis of Liberty and comprises the root cause of the quickening of systemic failure in the world today.

It is no Liberty at all, masquerading as Liberty to soften the chains of debt and slavery upon the masses.  And so the elite rules the people through the government, and the people serve the ruling elite, as we grasp in futility our lot.

The French Revolution was accursed from its very start by virtue of preexisting and institutionalized factions that destroyed themselves by trying to preserve their privilege they considered their right.   It was all their corrupting circumstances could only permit.

Why America was originally able to avoid the evil of factions.

It was America’s fortunate circumstance that we did not have to repeat these errors as the root of Liberty was able to be firmly planted in America, because there were no preexisting factions holding powers of the state within the membership of the American Revolution.   Those factions where those people allied with England and against America and physically removed.

How America then Failed.

Still, over time, these factions have pried their way into the power structure in America and have ripped these very roots of Liberty from American soil.  If we look to the cause of America’s trials, this is exactly and exclusively what is tearing American’s apart.

Bred from the usurped constitutional powers of the Congress upon which factions in America have created their power centers, they have granted to themselves the privileges of the like minded Estates General’/National Assembly of pre-revolutionary France.  By rifling out the powers our Constitution originally bestowed upon the Congress, they have usurped these powers for their own.

By doing so, they have established the banana republic of the neo-con fascist state of Amerika.

It is no wonder that President Washington in his Farewell Speech to the Nation specifically called out that these usurpations of the powers of Congress as,“the customary weapons by which free governments are destroyed.”

There is no such thing as Personal Liberty.  It is a lie, an illusion to keep the focus off of what truly constitutes Liberty, crafted by the factions that have usurped and stolen the powers of government from the people.

So next time someone starts talking about Personal Liberty, remind them that there is no Liberty in America today, as “Liberty means nothing when one hand of tyranny is in your pockets and the other round your throat.”

The Only True Liberty, is Political Liberty.

Liberty remains just what it is, Political Liberty as a model of governance designed to keep the reins of power out from the hands of the unprincipled men and their factions. Whose purpose is to maintain the power of the people over their government by maintaining the powers of the state away from these factions, reserving the execution of these powers wholly and exclusively within and to the Public Forum.

In this America has completely failed.  This is the singular key to the problem in American today and it is the imbalance we must correct, and Political Liberty is the only means.

Greetings,

I just signed the following Declaration of Liberty addressed to: All 162,000,000 registered American voters..

Demand candidates to Congress to reclaim all Powers (Art I-Sec 8-US Con)

DECLARATION of AMERICAN LIBERTY

WHEREAS LIBERTY is defined as that State where the people rule over the government: This Declaration is given to underlining those critical terms required to ensure that Liberty, which is the original intent of our United States Constitution, be restored to the daily governance and operation of our United States Government.

To that revered document and America’s Declaration of Independence, this Declaration of American Liberty is subservient.

We acknowledge that Liberty requires all powers of the Congress be removed from the access and control of individuals, groups, or agencies; for it is only by usurpation of these powers, that factions gain control over the laws of the land and the lives of her people. It is this criminal and treasonous usurpation of power, that “ is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”

Further, that these restored powers of Congress are to be executed under the authority of all the people, re-establishing not only the power of Congress, but also its fiduciary duty to the people. The incorporation of the procedures inherent to Liberty in our government is our touchstone and the very cornerstone by which we judge our Liberty.

THEREFORE, We hereby sign and resolve ourselves and our representatives to,

Demand:

I.
Complete restoration of all constitutional powers of Congress, back to Congress, as written in Article I, sec. 7, 8, & 9, of our United States Constitution, and so restore operational Liberty in the execution of the business of the nation, causing two things to occur.

a. A nations political model determines its economic model with Liberty supplanting our centrally planned tyrannical state, which “once taken root is a plant of rapid growth.”
b. By taking power away from public and private agencies, it is removed from the hands of “unprincipled men” attracted to these very powers, and ends their means to transfer wealth away from all Americans.
c. This is the problem and enemy. Political Liberty is the solution.

II.
Congress wholly conduct and execute all introduction, discussion, compromise, and vote on all Acts, exercising their powers exclusively within the public forum on the floor of Congress, only thus they ensure;

a. Maximum Transparency in the execution of its duty which provides for,
b. True Consent of the Governed as required by our Declaration of Independence.

III.
The Necessary and Proper Clause (Elastic Clause), requires that the word, Proper, means all legislative and policy laws or decrees must be subject to the same process as any Act of Congress, performed exclusively and wholly within its public forum.

IV.
By Congress reformation, to perform its constitutional powers/duties and its demands upon its time, Congress must restore to the states those powers not specifically assigned to the Congress.

V.
Prosecution of all criminal and treasonous financial crimes prior to, during, and after the financial upheavals of 2008, must be pursued thoroughly regardless of any high standing or collateral impact.

Be Resolved: We either live in Liberty, or tyranny. We either rule our government, or be rule. We either all enjoy the bounty of our nation, or we wait for scraps from the hierarchy which rules our money, our lives, and our freedom, for Liberty means nothing if tyranny has one hand in your pocket and the other round your throat.

Liberty and tyranny are in dialectic opposition. They define each other by which they are not. Everyone must make their choice, and no decision is a decision for the status quo of tyranny that afflicts and rules the nation today.

THEREFORE, We the undersigned cast our lot and lives for Liberty.

“” G. Washington Excerpts: Farewell Speech to the Nation, September 19th, 1796 (words/terms)

WHEREAS LIBERTY is defined as that State where the people rule over the government: This Declaration is given to underlining those critical terms required to ensure that Liberty, which is the original intent of our United States Constitution, be restored to the daily governance and operation of our United States Government.
This Declaration of American Liberty supports and is subservient to America’s Declaration of Independence & our U.S. Constitution.
We the People, acknowledge that Liberty requires all powers of the Congress be removed from the access and control of individuals, groups, or agencies; for it is only by usurpation of these powers, that factions gain control over the laws of the land and the lives of her people. Article I.

The Necessary and Proper Clause (Sec 8), requires that the word “Proper” means all legislative and policy laws or decrees must be subject to the same process as any Act of Congress, performed exclusively and wholly within its public forum.

Article IV.
Congress must restore to the states those powers not specifically assigned to the Congress, as Congress, in order to perform its own powers/duties, will be pre-occupied in its reclaimed constitutional performance. This natural restriction of time inherent to these powers/duties will weigh in when there are questions.

Article V.
Prosecution of all criminal and treasonous financial crimes prior to, during, and after the financial upheavals of 2008, must be pursued thoroughly regardless of any high standing or collateral impact.
We the People either live in Liberty, or tyranny. We either rule our government, or be rule.
