Election Post-Mortem: Elect A New Congress 2012 -2014

America’s conservative camp got smoked on November 6th, and some of the biggest names were shocked, surprised, and looking for scapegoats.  But it is all quite simple and as is par for the course, and the causes goes back to violations of some of the most basic rules of running, and winning, a political campaign.

Romney

The time-honored formula for winning any political campaign is to boost your positives in the spring and eviscerate your opponent in the summer.   Things are done in this order because you can’t attack your opponent until you are confirmed as the good guy.   Then, when you go to paint your opponent with a barrel of his worst after Labor Day, if you haven’t already planted the seed of your opponents foul deeds in the mind of the voter prior to and during the summer, its not going to stick.   Because after Labor Day, pPeople look upon it as electioneering and put no stock in it.

Political Campaigning 101

This is elementary campaigning 101, and it is exactly what Romney failed to do, but is exactly what Obama did to Romney.   This shouldn’t be a revelation to anyone who took the time to witnessed the endless string of incompetence that never stopped coming out of the Romney election machine.

Mis-management seemed to be the watchword in the Romney camp.

Everyone gets cut up in the primaries, but that’s why you go on a Dr. Feel Good campaign in the spring.   However, Romney was running low on cash, so this handlers put him on the fund raising circuit that kept him from communing with the “great unwashed” and building his positives.   He spent all his time raising money with the “fat cats”, making it even easier for the Obama camp to paint Romney any shade they desired.

This was the status quo and continued right up to the convention, which was held too late and the summer Obama bashing never really occurred.  This didn’t matter much  by then because Romney, by skipping the Dr. Feel Good campaign in the spring, had allowed Axelrod to paint him as the Bain of Wall Street over the summer.   Lo and behold in the post Labor Day world of electioneering, Bain stuck to Romney like glue.

At the same time, Obama became Mr. Teflon, because nothing would stick.  Not the economy and 8% unemployment and an exploding food stamp program, not his foreign policy in disarray, not even his unconstitutional tendencies to rule by Presidential decrees that have gone so far as to allowed the President to murder American citizens without due process.

Obama was able to blame his every shortcoming on the republicans and “W” Bush, and it stuck because it was preached to the nation throughout the summer.  Can you imagine, the biggest confirmed liar in the world, Bill Clinton, was his spokesman during the endgame and people swallowed it whole.

How did it happen?   Romney let it happen.   It’s called no vision and less leadership.

Obama has a vision and some leadership.  The problem here is that his vision is un-American and his leadership is in the wrong direction.  I don’t think I, nor anyone else needs to apologize for not supporting a totalitarian state that leads from a static to a shrinking economy, based upon the redistribution of income by governmental and Federal Reserve Bank decree.

Congress

The Tea/Patriot Party got stuffed.   This is what happens when you wander away from a single unifying message.   There is no discipline in the message from Tea/Patriot movement nor their candidates.  It is an amalgamation of term limits, 10th Amendment, restore the 17th Amendment, balanced budget, no new taxes, Agenda 21, all underlined by a conservative litmus of social engineering stretching from the right to life, gay marriage, health, illegal aliens, down to local issues, like stop light camera’s et al.

It’s absolutely amazing given that most of the Tea/Patriot party supported Ron Paul whose mantra was, is, and continues to be Liberty; though in fairness, RP never really laid out the core components necessary to attain, nor explained how Liberty’s natural effect upon domestic and foreign policy takes root.  He left that to Elect A New Congress, and we picked it up and you can read about Political Liberty everywhere you look on our website.

Consequently, the Tea/Patriot Party and their candidates never focused on the single answer to all the questions and issues they raised, that being the restoration of Political Liberty to the operations of our constitutional government.

It is an easy sell because it is an unassailable position and it answers every special interest of not only the members of the Tea/Patriot Parties, but every American laboring under the yoke of oppression of our ruling oligarchy in Washington D.C., and the army of lobbyist from Wall Street that buys its favor 24/7.

You can’t blame the Tea/Patriot party I suppose.  They are all independent and generally run by a small strong willed group or individual trying their best to focus on the issues they think will answer the call to Liberty.  The problem being is that with so meager an understanding of Liberty that is endemic to the world, they quickly lose their focus on exactly what it takes to restore and maintain Liberty in their government.

Instead, they focused on the symptoms of tyranny, which takes them on a Mr. Toads Wild Ride with enough targets on their back that they end up shooting their wad in defense of distractions.  Essentially, they end up neglecting using their game ending silver bullet, that being the road and means to Liberty.

If the Tea/Patriot party would get behind Liberty and only Liberty, they would find that their political spectrum would begin to cover the both ends of the rainbow and everything in-between.  Likewise the Occupy Wall Street movement in visa versa would serve themselves best by doing the same, and they would cover the Tea/Patriot Party with their rainbow, because when you get right down to it, the goals of the Tea/Patriot Party are the same as the Occupy Wall Street movement.   They both seek Liberty, but their mutual problem is that neither of them has any success in defining it, because they, as most American’s do, fail to understand Political Liberty and the means by which it places the American people in control and rule over their government.

The result is that both the Tea/Patriot Party and Occupy Wall Street end up chasing the social and political symptoms of the failure of the tyrannical state, only they chase their rainbow from opposite ends never realizing that they seek the same pot of gold, Liberty, and the freedom of life that comes with it.

But this is the purpose of a post mortem, to recognize mistakes and determine the path to achieving our goals.  Can you imagine the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street movements agreeing upon any single issue?   Well they did, in Dubuque Iowa, both the Dubuque Tea Party and Dubuque Occupy Wall Street agreed to endorse the Declaration of American Liberty at Elect A New Congress.   How do you like that?

Elect A New Congress: 2012 – 2014

This campaign started November 7, 2012.   The candidate is Liberty and there is only one message to sell to all 162,000,000 registered America voters, and that is the specific means necessary to attain and preserve Liberty in our government and its regulation.

The strategy is not to support any specific candidate, but to provide the opportunity for the candidate to support Liberty.   By doing so, a number of very positive things happen.

First, the audience we can appeal to grows exponentially to include 162,000,000 registered American voters.  Secondly, the cost to promote a single candidate nationally drops the cost of running a campaign drastically.  This levels the field between the high-powered money of corporations, unions, and lawyers against the American people.

Thirdly, and most importantly, it is a campaign already in motion, and we don’t have to wait for November 2014 for results.

Liberty is not complex to install as the rule over government, it simply requires Congress to take back all of its constitutional powers, as specified in The Declaration of American Liberty at http://electanewcongress.com .  Our objective is to not only make contact and educate all 162,000,000 registered American voters and get them to sign The Declaration, but to get all 162,000,000 registered American voters to start calling and emailing to claim the hearts and minds of all 535 members of Congress into the cause of Liberty.

Elect A New Congress at www.electanewcongress.com, will replace our Elect 50/468 campaign, with 535 H&M (Hearts & Minds).   We will list by state and district the names of every member of Congress, along with their full contact information as soon as it becomes available (it’s up and running now).

What we will be asking each and everyone of the 162,000,000 registered America voters to do, is to start contacting their respective Representatives and Senators, demanding that they sign and put into action, The Declaratoin as it appears at http://electanewcongress.com .

Imagine a Representative or Senator of Congress receiving 100,000 phone calls, 500,000 emails, and/or 10,000’s of letters demanding Congress vote to take back all of its constitutional powers as delineated in Article I, sec’s 8 & 9, of our United States Constitution, per The Declaration.  Many will bend to the will of the people.

It means a whole new governing and financial system based upon the peoples rule over our government, versus the daily failure of America’s outmoded ruling oligarchy from the top down.

By the time we get to November 2014, the election will have already been decided.  Any members of Congress who resist the tide will have been swept away, and America will have truly Elected A New Congress.  Liberty will rein and prosperity will return to America.

It is not only possible, it is inevitable if America is to save itself from the collapse guaranteed by the actions of our government to maintain the domestic status quo of Wall Street and the foreign policy of the Neo-Cons.   The inevitable economic horror has only been delayed since the original crash of 2008 and everyone either knows it, or can feel its tightening grip.  This American government is on the road to our collective bankruptcy, an event historically known as revolution.

Never think that it cannot happen here, because it has happened twice already, in 1776, and in 1861.  The scope of this tragedy is unimaginable, and the only guarantee is that no one is left untouched.  The only question is whether it will be in 2015, or 2020, or sometime in-between.

The only thing certain is its inevitability, and Liberty is our only salvation.

Serfs Up America!

All American Voters.: Sign the Declaration of Liberty

Demand candidates to Congress to reclaim all Powers (Art I-Sec 8-US Con)

Greetings,

I just signed the following Declaration of Liberty addressed to: All 162,000,000 registered American voters..

----------------
Demand candidates to Congress to reclaim all Powers (Art I-Sec 8-US Con)

DECLARATION of AMERICAN LIBERTY

WHEREAS LIBERTY is defined as that State where the people rule over the government: This Declaration is given to underlining those critical terms required to ensure that Liberty, which is the original intent of our United States Constitution, be restored to the daily governance and operation of our United States Government.

To that revered document and America’s Declaration of Independence, this Declaration of American Liberty is subservient.

We acknowledge that Liberty requires all powers of the Congress be removed from the access and control of individuals, groups, or agencies; for it is only by usurpation of these powers, that factions gain control over the laws of the land and the lives of her people. It is this criminal and treasonous usurpation of power, that “ is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”

Further, that these restored powers of Congress are to be executed under the authority of all the people, re-establishing not only the power of Congress, but also its fiduciary duty to the people. The incorporation of the procedures inherent to Liberty in our government is our touchstone and the very cornerstone by which we judge our Liberty.

THEREFORE, We hereby sign and resolve ourselves and our representatives to,

Demand:

I.
Complete restoration of all constitutional powers of Congress, back to Congress, as written in Article I, sec. 7, 8, & 9, of our United States Constitution, and so restore operational Liberty in the execution of the business of the nation, causing two things to occur.

a. A nations political model determines its economic model with Liberty supplanting our centrally planned tyrannical state, which “once taken root is a plant of rapid growth.”
b. By taking power away from public and private agencies, it is removed from the hands of “unprincipled men” attracted to these very powers, and ends their means to transfer wealth away from all Americans.
c. This is the problem and enemy. Political Liberty is the solution.

II.
Congress wholly conduct and execute all introduction, discussion, compromise, and vote on all Acts, exercising their powers exclusively within the public forum on the floor of Congress, only thus they ensure;

a. Maximum Transparency in the execution of its duty which provides for,
b. True Consent of the Governed as required by our Declaration of Independence.

III.
The Necessary and Proper Clause (Elastic Clause), requires that the word, Proper, means all legislative and policy laws or decrees must be subject to the same process as any Act of Congress, performed exclusively and wholly within its public forum.

IV.
By Congress reformation, to perform its constitutional powers/duties and its demands upon its time, Congress must restore to the states those powers not specifically assigned to the Congress.

V.
Prosecution of all criminal and treasonous financial crimes prior to, during, and after the financial upheavals of 2008, must be pursued thoroughly regardless of any high standing or collateral impact.

Be Resolved: We either live in Liberty, or tyranny. We either rule our government, or be rule. We either all enjoy the bounty of our nation, or we wait for scraps from the hierarchy which rules our money, our lives, and our freedom, for Liberty means nothing if tyranny has one hand in your pocket and the other round your throat.

Liberty and tyranny are in dialectic opposition. They define each other by which they are not. Everyone must make their choice, and no decision is a decision for the status quo of tyranny that afflicts and rules the nation today.

THEREFORE, We the undersigned cast our lot and lives for Liberty.

“” G. Washington Excerpts: Farewell Speech to the Nation, September 19th, 1796 (words/terms)

This Declaration of American Liberty supports and is subservient to America’s Declaration of Independence & our U.S. Constitution.
We the People, acknowledge that Liberty requires all powers of the Congress be removed from the access and control of individuals, groups, or agencies; for it is only by usurpation of these powers, that factions gain control over the laws of the land and the lives of her people. It is this criminal and treasonous usurpation of power, that “ is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”*
Further, that these restored powers of Congress are to be executed under the authority of all the people, re-establishing not only the power of Congress, but also its fiduciary duty to the people. The incorporation of these procedures inherent to Liberty into our government is a touchstone and the very cornerstone upon which we judge our Liberty.
THEREFORE, We the People, hereby sign and resolve ourselves bind our representatives to, Demand:

Article I.
Complete restoration of all constitutional powers of Congress, back to Congress, as written in our United States Constitution, Article I, Sec. 7, 8, & 9, and so restores operational Liberty in the execution of the business of the nation. This causes two things to occur.

Article III.
The Necessary and Proper Clause (Sec 8), requires that the word “Proper” means all legislative and policy laws or decrees must be subject to the same process as any Act of Congress, performed exclusively and wholly within its public forum.

Article IV.
Congress must restore to the states those powers not specifically assigned to the Congress, as Congress, in order to perform its own powers/duties, will be pre-occupied in its reclaimed constitutional performance. This natural restriction of time inherent to these powers/duties will weigh in when there are questions.

Article V.
Prosecution of all criminal and treasonous financial crimes prior to, during, and after the financial upheavals of 2008, must be pursued thoroughly regardless of any high standing or collateral impact.
We the People either live in Liberty, or tyranny. We either rule our government, or be rule.
